Here you can find information on signing up and cancellation and the conditions that must be met in order to sign up as a voluntary payer.
In order to sign up as a voluntary payer to ATP Livslang Pension, the following conditions must be met:
You must have been a member of ATP Livslang Pension either as an employee or by having received certain kinds of transfer income for at least three years in total.
You must have paid contributions amounting to three annual contributions.
You must have your own private company.
If ATP Livslang Pension has not received your payment after having sent two reminder letters, you will be excluded from membership as a self-employed private entrepreneur. The exclusion is effective from the date where the last contribution was made.

Here you can add ATP Livslang Pension to Betalingsservice so that your payments to ATP Livslang Pension are made on time. You must enter your civil registration number as ‘Kundenummer’ (‘Customer number’).
If you stop being self-employed or turn your private company into another kind of company, you must contact ATP Livslang Pension to cancel your membership. The cancellation is effective from the end of the month where ATP Livslang Pension has been notified of the cancellation.
If you have chosen to run your company as an IVS, ApS or A/S company, you are considered to be an employee of that company and therefore you are a mandatory member of ATP Livslang Pension and cannot sign up as a voluntary payer.
If you disagree with ATP Livslang Pension’s decision, you can contact ATP’s board of appeal, etc. You must contact the board of appeal within four weeks of having received the decision from.
