We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Companies must report laboratories and projects with genetic technology to the Danish Working Environment Authority. This must be done, as the Danish Working Environment Authority, in collaboration with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), handles approvals of such laboratories and projects. The purpose is also that we can identify who works with genetic engineering research or has facilities for this work.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:
Executive order no. 910 of September 11th 2008 concerning gene technology and work environment.
