Application for registration - Public and private limited liability company (R3)

If the ship is registered in the Register of Shipping, the Shipbuilding Register or the Boat Register, a seller's declaration will be accepted.

Proof that the company is the owner of the vessel must be submitted. An original bill of sale is normally sent (by post) as proof.

If the ship is not registered in the Register of Shipping, the Shipbuilding Register or the Boat Register, the application for registration of the ship must also be submitted.
