The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has to give you a reasoned response to your application within reasonable time of receiving your application.
Authorisation is not, however considered to have been granted, even if the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration exceeds the deadlines.
In case of rejection
If the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration decides to reject your application for authorisation, you will receive a reasoned notification. If you disagree with the decision to refuse your application, you have the right to appeal. The deadline for submitting an appeal is four weeks from date on which the decision was announced.
The appeal can be submitted in writing by e-mail or by telephone to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. Find contact details below.
