The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure that trichinella seeker have the right qualifications to perform the job.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:
In paragraph §13 in Ministerial Order no. 1714 of 15 December 20215 on Trichinella examination of meat it appears from the information that imposes Food Administration to collect personal data.
The trichinalla seeker must be performed by persons who:
is approved by the official veterinarian,
works under the supervision and responsibility of the official veterinarian,
Has completed a course approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, and
has passed the final examination in accordance with Annex I, Section III, Chapter III, Part B of Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down special provisions for the organization of official controls of animal products for human consumption (Animal Food Control Regulation).

Categories of recipient are typically veterinarians.
We will transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.

The sources of the personal data originate from the place where the person has taken his education.
Currently, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will emphasise your data only as long as it is necessary for the case when determining how long the data will be kept.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
