We are processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• The purpose of the processing of the data is to register products as required, no later than the first day of marketing.

The legal basis of our processing of your personal data is:

• Order no. 1239 af 27/11/2017

We are processing the following categories of personal data about you:

• Name, address, business registration number (CVR-number), e-mail and phone number.

We are currently not able to inform you the period for which your personal data will be stored. We can however inform you that we will base our assessment on the period of the storage on whether the purpose of the storage of the data is still relevant, when assessing the period of the storage.

All data is retained in accordance with the principles in the Danish Public Information Act, as such being accessible in consideration of the public information in the government. Moreover Rigsrevisionen (the Danish national audit) and the Danish National Archives’ recommendations for archives are followed.
