We process your personal data for the following purposes:
This executive order covers work which, as a result of a significant risk of accidents or illness, may only be performed by persons who have undergone special training or have proof of taking an examination in accordance with section 41 of the Working Environment Act.
In order for us to see if you have the documentation you seek recognition for we need different kinds of information.
The basis in law for our processing of your personal data ensues from:
Order no. 1346 of 29. November 2017 on occupational education and training.
Order no. 151 of 25. February 2016 - on Recognition of professional qualifications acquired abroad concerning pursuit of profession etc.
for permanent work - section 3
for temporarily work - section 4
for the collection of personal information – section 5 and section 11.
Directive 2005/36/EC, Title III, Chapter I (General system for the recognition of evidence of training) on the mutual recognition of professional qualifications.
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
General information including Identification information regarding individuals and companies.
Social security number.
The personal information usually comes from the employer or employee. A sometimes from a third party.
Currently, the Danish Work Environment Authority cannot say how long your data will be stored in connection with this processing of applications. However, we can inform you that we will emphasize that we only store your data as long as it is necessary to fulfil our obligations in accordance with Danish law.
We employ automatic assessments, such as profiling, in order to target which companies is the most likely to have a problem with the work environment.
There are no automatic assessment or profiling taking place in relations to this assignment
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have several rights in relation to our processing of data concerning you. If you wish to exercise your rights, you must contact us.
Right of access
You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the extent to which we process your personal data.
