If you are going to perform work involving genetically modified microorganisms, animals or plants, Arbejdstilsynet must approve the working conditions before the work commence. If there are significant changes to the work, you must apply again.

Dette skal du bruge:

MitID Erhverv (eID solution)
Company's CVR-no.
LAB-id or date for the application for classification of the facilities
In depth knowledge of the GMOs and the result of the environmental risk assessment
Information about the type of work being carried out
Information about the precautionary actions recquired to work safely within the project
Knowledge on the setup of the facility and handling of the generated waste.

Only companies with a Danish CVR number can have a MitID Erhverv. If your company does not have it, please contact the company responsible for the facilities and ask them to submit the application.
