If more than four weeks pass from the day on which you submitted the application accompanied by the necessary information and documentation, you will be contacted by the Danish Bar and Law Society and told when you can expect a decision to be made.
Registration may not be assumed even if you have not received a response from the Danish Bar and Law Society before the expiry of the abovementioned deadline.
In case of rejection You can not appeal the Danish Bar and Law Society’s refusal to register you. You may bring the refusal before the courts.
