The decision on whether or not to issue an authorisation will be made as soon as possible after all necessary documents have been received. Normally you can expect to get an answer from The Danish Patient Safety Authority within four months.
In case of rejection
If you believe that the Danish Patient Safety Authority haven’t complied with the administrative rules, you can complain to the Ministry of Health, Holbergsgade 6, 1057 København K.
The Ministry of Health cannot carry out any review of the Danish Patient Safety Authority’s professional assessments (assessments of foreign educations, exemptions from requirements, etc.), because The Danish Patient Safety Authority are the authority on issues relating to health professional, see § 212 a, stk. 1 and stk. 3 in Sundhedsloven (consolidation act number 1188 of 24th of September 2016).
