This form is used to confirm the place of residence for tax purposes of a company in Denmark or outside Denmark. The form may be used by the Danish Tax Agency or non-Danish tax authorities.
The form must be downloaded and completed and signed by the company
The form must be completed, signed and stamped by the by local tax authority
The form must be sent to the relevant local tax authority in relation to the relevant tax purpose
