The Danish Environmental Protection Agency processes your personal data with the purpose of approving you as a licensed teacher of the hunting course. An approval requires attendence of a Danish Environmental Procection Agency proved course and passing the subsequent exam. The approval process is regulated in executive order number 1009 of 19/06/2020 (paragraph 45, section 1 and 2).
The basis for processing your personal data ensues from:
Your personal data will be subject to the necessary processing, including, for example, record-keeping pursuant to the Danish Act on Public Access to Documents in Public Files (offentlighedsloven). Your data will furthermore be stored in accordance with the Danish act regarding archives (arkivloven).
The processing takes place under the authority of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1), point (c) (legal obligations) and point (e) (the exercise of official authority).
We process data regarding identification number according to section 11 (1) of The Danish Data Protection Act, with the purpose of securing unique identification.
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
Your name and address
Your contact informations (phone number, e-mail)
Identification number
Hunting license ID/permission to certain form of hunting (shotgun, riffle, bow)
We disclose your personal data or make it available to the following recipients:
The Danish Environmental Protection Agency passes on personal information to our processors, cBrain and Statens IT. cBrain is our system supplier and Statens IT is our operation supplier.
The Environmental Protection Agency will process your data until the data are filled or discarded pursuant to the rules of the Danish Archives Act, see Consolidated Act no. 1201 of 28 September 2016, or in general for as long as they are nedded for the purpose for which they were collected. When there is no longer a legal or administrative need, the data will be discarded (erased)

Right of access
You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.
Right to rectification (correction)
