Reporting of sales of pesticides

Companies with an address abroad do not have the option of digital reporting and must therefore have reporting forms sent in paper form.

All sales of products with a Danish registration number must be reported. Therefore, you must also report sold quantities of pickling products – even if the pickled seed is subsequently exported.

You must report sold amounts of pesticide or biocidal products and not sold amounts of active substance. Maybe you've calculated the quantities sold in number of cans or similar. In this case, please convert this number into quantity of product (without packaging) before you start reporting:

• Liquid products must be reported as the quantity in litres

• Solid products must be reported as the quantity in kg

If you have not sold any of a product, a zero must be reported for that product. Then you also avoid receiving a reminder for an alert later.
