Check that the information about the reviewer, taken from MitID, is correct
If applying externally for the company, a power of attorney is attached - click on next
Enter the company's CVR number and verify the information
Enter the address of the production facility and possibly building number
Then fill in information about the production activity, e.g. responsible for the supervision, the organisms used, the genetic modification and the prevention of accidents
Attach risk assessment
Click on summary
To submit the form, click submit
