You are responsible for keeping a spray record on an ongoing basis. This also applies if it is a machine station that sprays your fields for you.
No later than seven days after spraying your fields, you shall enter all information in your spray record. There are no formal requirements for how the record is kept. For some farmers, it may be an advantage to keep the record in the digital reporting system (SJI). The information must be stored for at least 3 years.
In the spray record, you shall regularly note
Which plant protection products you spray your treated area with (eg your field). The trade name of the plant protection product must appear in the record (also preferably the registration number)
How much you spray your treated area. Specify dosage per hectares or square meter.
Identification of the field/area that you are spraying (eg field number or number on board)
How big the area is (in hectares or square meters)
The date of spraying
Name og the crop/culure
Your CVR number
