When you have submitted your proposal, you will receive an electronic receipt of your proposal(s) that includes a summary of the information you have entered. The email will also include a unique ID number for each proposal.
Changes to existing proposals
The unique ID number enables you to elaborate on or update existing proposals, e.g., due to changes in production capacity.
Please be aware that it is necessary to re-enter all the information in each field even though you are referring to an existing proposal. The unique ID simply helps establish the connection to your previous proposal.
Evaluation process at DALO
DALO will evaluate your proposal(s) with particular focus on whether it is relevant to and requested by Ukraine, time of delivery, security of supply, etc. The proposal will also be evaluated against proposals submitted from other companies.
